00:00Hi, I'm Alfred. Let me show you how to automate multichannel campaigns in today's crowded digital landscape. It's more challenging than ever to stand out
00:11and reach your prospects. Using a single communication channel is no longer enough to drive the results you want. Furthermore, it's important to note
00:19that platforms like LinkedIn are ever changing and not always reliable. Imagine if your messages suddenly started ending up in the
00:26spam folders due to changes in LinkedIn's algorithms. This could result in a major disaster for your outreach efforts. By diversifying your outreach,
00:35you become more resilient in the face of these changes. That being said, you can use Meet Alfred's multi-channel campaign options for maximum outreach and engagement.
00:44The first step of creating multi-channel campaigns is to make sure that you've connected all of your preferred integrations. Depending on your subscription, you'll be able
00:53to create campaigns using LinkedIn, email, and Twitter as part of the same automated sequence. Once you select your lead source,
01:01you can now begin building your sequence and adding different steps you'd like Meet Alfred to perform. As an example, we can start off by engaging
01:09with the profile, liking recent posts, maybe sending a connection request, and a LinkedIn message. We can also add a couple of email steps as follow-ups
01:18and even Twitter actions like auto follow or Twitter dms. You can go ahead and modify the days and hours in which we want each step
01:26to be apart from the last. You'll also be able to fully personalize your campaign messages using different values or your templates.
01:34If at any point you want to edit the way that your sequence looks, you can go ahead and click on the X to remove a step
01:40and continue to add as many steps as you'd like. There's no limit to how many steps you can have within a campaign, so feel free
01:47to make it as short or as long as you want. Once you're ready, you can go ahead and click on Publish
01:53and Alfred will do the rest. If you have any questions about multichannel campaigns, please feel free to contact our customer support team
02:01who is standing by to assist you. I'm Alfred. I look forward to helping you again.
