Juan knows everything there is to know about Meet Alfred. He leads the technical support team and ensures our platform stays reliable and user-friendly. Whether it's troubleshooting or working on improvements, Juan is the go-to person for all things technical, making sure our customers have the best possible experience.

Jaydee is the Customer Support Manager (Platforms)  and manages all facets of the business. He works closly with the support agents, technical teams and supporting external platforms. Jaydee is also a QA specialist testing platforms and new features as they are released. He strives to keep our customers happy.
