Yes. Customers must sign up and make a purchase through your unique affiliate link for the referral to be tracked and credited to your affiliate account.

If a customer signs up without using your affiliate link, we may not be able to attribute the conversion to you.

A conversion occurs when a new customer signs up for a paid Meet Alfred plan through your affiliate link and completes a qualifying purchase within the 90-day cookie window.

If someone clicks your affiliate link and purchases a Meet Alfred plan within 90 days, without clicking another affiliate's link, the referral will be attributed to you.

Yes. Once your application is approved and you have access to your affiliate account, you'll have access to resources and materials to help you get started and promote Meet Alfred effectively. We'll continue to add and update resources as needed.

Commissions are reviewed and verified 30 days after the purchase and paid out on the 15th of the following month. For example, commissions earned in January will be verified in February and paid on March 15.

A minimum commission balance of $100 USD is required to be eligible for payout. Payouts are currently processed via bank transfer.

If a customer you referred downgrades their Meet Alfred plan, your commission may be adjusted based on the new plan and applicable commission rate.

If a referred customer receives a partial or full refund, cancels their subscription, or otherwise reverses their payment, Meet Alfred reserves the right to reverse or deduct the corresponding commission from your affiliate balance or future commissions.

This helps ensure commissions are paid only on eligible, valid customer transactions.

If a referred customer adds additional seats to their Meet Alfred subscription after their initial purchase, the additional purchase will be treated as a separate transaction and may qualify for an additional commission, provided it meets the Affiliate Program's eligibility requirements.
