10 Best LinkedIn Automation Software & Tools In 2026

Are you looking for a LinkedIn automation tool that won't quietly turn into four separate subscriptions, and that has been around long enough to have survived a few of LinkedIn's algorithm changes (and won’t get you penalized)?

Here are the 10 best LinkedIn automation tools for 2026, each paired with the kind of team it fits and the way it charges.

TL;DR

  • Meet Alfred is the best LinkedIn automation tool in 2026 for sales teams, agencies, and recruiters, since outreach on three channels, prospect discovery, a shared team inbox, and agency branding all run on one subscription with nothing to bolt on.
  • Agencies whose account count grows faster than their headcount should price out HeyReach and Expandi, one charging a flat fee per connected sender and the other issuing a country-matched IP to every profile.
  • Dripify and We-Connect suit small teams after a readable drip builder, with We-Connect firing email steps off LinkedIn activity.
  • La Growth Machine and Lemlist reach past LinkedIn and email, one adding calls and X, the other a dialer, WhatsApp, and SMS.
  • Sbl.so works the campaigns and the replies on sending profiles it supplies, while Dux-Soup at €12.99 and Waalaxy at €19 a seat are the cheapest ways in.

What are the best LinkedIn automation tools?

The best LinkedIn automation tools in 2026 are Meet Alfred, HeyReach, and Expandi.

The table below covers all ten, with the team each one suits beside what it charges:

Tool Best For Pricing
Meet Alfred Teams and agencies wanting LinkedIn, email, and X outreach, lead sourcing, and client branding on one bill. From $29/user/month billed annually, multi-channel from $49, Team at $39. 7-day free trial.
HeyReach Agencies whose sender count and headcount move independently, wanting one flat fee across every connected profile. From $79/month for one sender, 25 senders from $999. 14-day trial.
Expandi Buyers whose first question is what happens to the LinkedIn account, with if-then branching on top. $79/month, two months waived on annual billing. Agency quoted from 10 seats. 7-day trial.
Waalaxy Small teams and first-timers who want a campaign live the same afternoon. From €19/user/month, cold email from €69. 14-day trial.
Dripify Solo sellers and small teams after a legible drip builder across LinkedIn and email. From $39/user/month billed annually, step analytics from $79.
We-Connect Small sales teams and recruiters wanting email steps that fire on LinkedIn behaviour, with AI on the replies. From $49/seat/month billed annually, email steps from $59. 14-day trial.
La Growth Machine Outbound teams needing in-app calling and an X step beside LinkedIn and email, billed by sending profile. From $60/month per identity, calls from $110. 14-day trial.
Sbl.so Founders with nobody to hand outbound to, who want campaign volume kept off their own profile. From $99/month for two outreach seats. Free until a meeting, three positive replies, or 300 outreaches.
Dux-Soup Individuals and lean teams wanting LinkedIn drip campaigns cheaply, in the browser or hosted. From €12.99/month, cloud edition from €88. 14-day trial.
Lemlist Outbound teams whose deliverability is the bottleneck, and who want a dialer and WhatsApp beside LinkedIn. From $55/month billed annually, multichannel from $87/user/month. 2-week trial.

#1: Meet Alfred

Meet Alfred offers the best LinkedIn automation tool in 2026 for sales teams, agencies, and recruiters who want the outreach, the lead sourcing, the replies, and the client branding covered by a single subscription.

We started in 2016, which makes Meet Alfred the original platform in this category and, a decade later, one of the few from that generation still running.

A note before we go further: Meet Alfred is our own product. I'll be concrete about where it separates from the rest of this category, and equally concrete about which tool here you should buy over it.

Reuters, Samsung, HSBC, Oracle, and Salesforce are among the companies with teams on the platform.

The capabilities below are the ones our customers use most.

From sign-up to a running campaign in four steps

The four steps below cover everything between signing up and watching the first replies land.

Alternatively, you can check out our video walkthrough:

Step 1: Connect LinkedIn and set the guardrails

Setup opens with your LinkedIn profile, and two-factor authentication happens without leaving the dashboard.

Next comes a daily ceiling on connection requests, which can go as high as 100 a day and still stay inside safe parameters.

The hours automation is allowed to run get set here too, along with the time zone they follow, so nothing fires at three in the morning where your prospect lives.

Pending invitations clear themselves through auto-withdrawal, and those withdrawals get an analytics view of their own.

➡️ Underneath whatever ceiling you set, each action picks up a randomized delay so the activity reads as human, and the sending happens in the cloud on AWS from an IP dedicated to your account, which takes both the proxy purchase and the open browser session off your plate.

Step 2: Pick who the campaign talks to

Every campaign needs somebody to talk to, and campaign setup offers two routes to that list.

The warmer one draws on activity already visible to you: people who reacted to a post, subscribers to a newsletter, attendees at an event, or members of a group.

The colder one is LinkedIn search itself, filtered on keywords, language, location, industry, and job title, with a sample of the results on screen before you decide how many profiles to take.

AI Lead Finder is a third route, and it runs outside campaign setup on its own screen.

You describe the buyer in ordinary language, something along the lines of "CEO in New York with 10 to 50 employees", and Finder handles the search and the saved list together.

Result ceilings move by plan: Basic stops at 1,000, Pro at 5,000, and Team at 10,000.

When you go to build the campaign, that saved list shows up as one of the source options.

Step 3: Lay out the sequence

A sequence is the ordered set of actions everyone on that list will receive.

You can start from an empty builder, or open a saved template and rewrite the copy for this audience.

Here’s an example: view the profile on day one, follow the prospect on day two, send a connection request with a personalized note on day three, then a follow-up message if nothing has come back by day six.

Sequences that work get saved and shared, so a play stops being one rep's private trick.

On Pro, that same builder also offers email, X, and InMail steps.

After launch, each step runs on its own clock in the cloud, and the campaign view fills with connections, replies, opens, clicks, and conversions as they land.

Step 4: Work the replies as a team

Replies are where LinkedIn campaigns usually start leaking, because LinkedIn's own inbox was never built for more than one person.

The Smart Inbox gathers every conversation regardless of which channel opened it, and each thread shows the contact's job title and company beside it.

When somebody answers, their campaign stops immediately, so no automated follow-up lands on a person who has already replied.

Tagging, notes, file attachments, excluding a lead, and pushing one back into a campaign all happen without leaving the view.

Team stats break down by member: replies, messages, profile views, invites accepted, and invites sent.

Impersonation: you can run several accounts without handing over a password

Our impersonation feature lets a manager inside any connected team member's account from their own dashboard with no login details changing hands.

There are 2 ways to access it:

  • Along the top of the screen, the profile bar names every account you're cleared to switch into, and beside each entry on the Team page there's a Manage User control doing the same job.
  • Once you're in, the account's own permissions are yours: campaigns get built and launched, integrations get configured, leads get answered in the Smart Inbox, and the activity log opens up.

For an agency, that means one operator covering several client profiles from a single login.

The agency layer: white label, groups, and impersonation

Three features carry most of the weight for agencies running client accounts on Meet Alfred.

Rebranding runs product-wide: your colors, your logo, a domain of your own such as app.youragency.com, and system notifications leaving from your own address.

Setup takes minutes with no developer involved, and the default domain is always one click back.

At ten seats, you’ll also get priority support, an account manager of your own, help with migration and onboarding, and a discount tied to volume.

How is Meet Alfred different from other LinkedIn automation tools?

Meet Alfred differs from the rest of this category on four points:

  • The length of our track record.
  • How much of the surrounding stack you have to buy separately.
  • How far the channels reach past LinkedIn.
  • Where the agency features sit on the price list.

Here's what each of those means when you're comparing options:

Dimension Typical LinkedIn automation tool Meet Alfred
Years in market Varies widely, from platforms older than paid LinkedIn automation itself to entrants launched inside the last three years. Launched in 2016 and ten years in market, with more than 175,000 registered users across 92 countries.
Outreach channels Usually LinkedIn on its own, or LinkedIn with email. Of the nine tools below, three run LinkedIn alone and five add a single further channel. LinkedIn, InMail, email, and X inside one sequence, with everything past LinkedIn unlocking on Pro.
Social posting Rarely part of the platform. Where post scheduling exists on this list at all, it is sold as a paid add-on. Scheduled posts to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X from the same dashboard, with recommended posting times and social analytics.
Lead sourcing LinkedIn and Sales Navigator search, CSV import, and post or group engagement, with contact enrichment usually metered in credits. Those same sources, plus the AI Lead Finder inside the product, capped at 1,000 results on Basic, 5,000 on Pro, and 10,000 on Team.
Email volume Metered by plan, by mailbox count, or by credit balance, depending on the vendor. Sent over your own SMTP or IMAP connection, so there are no platform credits and no ceiling beyond what your mailbox allows.
Reply management A unified inbox is included on some platforms and charged as a separate add-on on others. Smart Inbox on every tier including Basic, with reply detection pausing a contact's campaign the moment they answer.
Sending architecture Split between browser extensions that run on your own machine and cloud platforms that keep sending while you are offline. Entirely cloud-based on AWS since 2017, with no browser extension and no desktop session in the picture.
IP address and proxies A dedicated or residential proxy comes with some entry plans, while sourcing proxies becomes the customer's job on the higher tiers of others. A dedicated IP address for every connected account, with no proxy to buy on any tier.
LinkedIn account safety Randomized daily ranges and gradual profile warm-up on some cloud platforms, and daily activity alerts on some of the cheaper tools. Daily limits you set yourself with headroom to 100 connection requests a day inside safe parameters, randomized pacing on each action type, working hours with time zone control, and auto-withdrawal of pending invitations.
Platform security and compliance Published in varying detail, so encryption, hosting, and data-processing terms often take a direct question to the vendor. End-to-end encryption, DDoS protection, and AWS hosting, with GDPR and CCPA compliance and a published data processing agreement.
Team collaboration Seat permissions and a shared inbox are common, and answering on a teammate's behalf appears on some platforms. Operating another user's account in full from one login is rarer. Team inbox, role-based permissions, groups by client or campaign, per-member analytics, and impersonation, which lets a manager work any connected account without credentials changing hands.
Client branding Where white label exists, it usually arrives on an agency plan quoted from ten seats, or at a fixed agency price. Team plan from five seats at $39 a user, covering your logo, your colors, a custom domain such as app.youragency.com, and system notifications from your own address.
Pricing model Billed per user, per seat, per sending profile, or per connected LinkedIn account, depending on the vendor. Three published tiers billed per user per month annually: Basic at $29, Pro at $49, and Team at $39.
Support Email and chat on the lower tiers, with priority support and a named contact usually held back for agency or enterprise plans. Support around the clock with a first reply averaging under three minutes, plus a dedicated account manager, migration help, and priority support at ten seats.

Pricing

You can try Meet Alfred with a 7-day free trial that opens the full feature set, and no credit card is required.

After that, there are three paid plans, with annual billing taking 50% off and quarterly taking 20%:

  • Basic, from $29/user/month billed annually: three active campaigns of cloud-based LinkedIn automation, the advanced LinkedIn CRM, the Smart Inbox, message templates, automated greetings, custom tags, notes, data export, and Lead Finder capped at 1,000 results.
  • Pro, from $49/user/month billed annually: the campaign cap lifts, and Sales Navigator support, InMail automation, multi-channel sequences across LinkedIn, email, and X, group, event, and post campaigns, CSV campaigns, social post scheduling, Zapier and webhooks, custom snippets, and Lead Finder at 5,000 results all arrive.
  • Team, from $39/user/month billed annually: advanced team settings, team inbox management, groups, and Lead Finder at 10,000 results, with white label unlocking at five seats and volume discounts, an account manager, migration help, and priority support at ten.

Pros & Cons

✅ Ten years in market, with AWS cloud sending and a dedicated IP behind every connected account.

✅ From Pro upward, one subscription carries LinkedIn, email, and X outreach plus the social scheduler, with no proxies to buy and no email credits to meter.

✅ AI Lead Finder does prospect discovery inside the product, with plan ceilings between 1,000 and 10,000 results.

✅ White label and impersonation both open at five seats, on a published tier.

❌ No free tier, just the seven-day trial.

#2: HeyReach

Best for: Agencies and outbound teams whose LinkedIn account count outpaces their headcount, and who want one monthly figure covering every connected sender.

Similar to: Expandi, Sbl.so.

HeyReach counts connected LinkedIn senders on the invoice, not people.

Teammates and clients cost nothing to add, and campaign volume gets shared out across whatever profiles are connected.

Features

  • Volume split across the pool: A single campaign divides its sending between every connected profile, so the ceiling climbs with the number of accounts you can staff and no individual profile absorbs the whole load.
  • Replies in one view: Messages from all connected accounts land together, where a manager can answer for a colleague and leave an audio note without opening LinkedIn.
  • Lists come from anywhere: HubSpot, RB2B, Clay, Sales Navigator, or any tool capable of pushing a contact record over.
  • An If Connected condition: A sequence can split existing connections away from new ones and treat each differently.
  • For teams that build on top: An MCP server, a command line interface, webhooks, and an API, which between them let an AI assistant open campaigns and pull reporting in conversation.

Pricing

Senders set the price at HeyReach, with 10% off quarterly billing and 20% off annual:

  • Growth, $79 per month: one sender, with a dedicated residential proxy included.
  • Agency, $999 per month: 25 senders and white label branding, with proxies supplied by you.
  • Unlimited, $2,999 per month: senders without limit across as many workspaces as you need, again on your own proxies.
  • Done for you, custom: HeyReach's own team runs the outreach.
  • Trial: 14 days on Growth with three LinkedIn accounts and no card, and the two larger plans open a 30-day trial on request.

There's also a discounted early-stage program, open to companies under $250,000 ARR that have fewer than five people on the payroll.

Pros & Cons

✅ Cost per account falls as the account count climbs, and that's why agencies keep landing here.

✅ Deep GTM tooling, covering n8n, Clay, and a HubSpot sync that HubSpot verified itself.

❌ No native outbound email, which one G2 reviewer would like changed.

❌ Agency and Unlimited leave the proxies to you, with help available.

#3: Expandi

Best for: Buyers who ask what happens to the LinkedIn account before they ask anything else, and who want conditional logic on top of that answer.

Similar to: HeyReach, Meet Alfred.

Expandi runs its LinkedIn campaigns from the cloud, and Smart Sequences carry the logic.

If-then rules govern what follows a liked post, an opened email, a reply, or an accepted invite.

Features

  • Smart Sequences: Conditions fork the path on post engagement, email opens, profile visits, replies, and accepts, which means two prospects inside one campaign can travel entirely separate routes and never see the same message.
  • Protection in the architecture: Cloud sending, a regional IP tied to each account, randomized daily ranges on each action type, and a warm-up that brings a new profile up to speed slowly.
  • Warming the approach: Post interactions and profile views get scheduled ahead of the first message, so the invite arrives from somebody the prospect has already noticed.
  • Visual personalization: Dynamic images and GIFs through Hyperise, personalized video through Sendspark, each charged as an add-on.

Pricing

One plan is published, and agencies are quoted directly:

  • Business, $79 per month with two months waived on annual billing: the protection layer in full, campaigns without limit, multichannel outreach with email follow-ups, the builder, step-by-step statistics, campaign prioritization, scheduling, and blacklisting.
  • Agency, quoted from ten seats: roles and permissions, campaign management from one place, client-facing reports, template sharing, a customer success manager of your own, and the platform under your brand.
  • Trial: 7 days.

Pros & Cons

✅ Each connected profile is assigned a regional IP and warmed up automatically.

✅ Branching keys off prospect behaviour and not just elapsed time. The sharpest part of the product.

✅ Per-step statistics show exactly which action loses people.

❌ Imagery and video cost extra.

❌ One published plan, at $79 a month.

#4: Waalaxy

Best for: First-timers and small teams who want their first LinkedIn campaign running by the end of the afternoon.

Similar to: Dux-Soup, Dripify.

Waalaxy is a Chrome extension that works on top of your LinkedIn session, and because its templates already carry the logic, a campaign can leave a search result without anybody assembling a flow first.

Features

  • 99 templates, pre-assembled: Launch points include a standard LinkedIn search, a Sales Navigator list, and Recruiter Lite, with follow-ups already inside and reply detection lifting out whoever answers.
  • Interest triggers: Comments and reactions get collected automatically, as does engagement with rival companies and with the loudest accounts in your category.
  • Email discovery and email steps: Top-tier campaigns get their email follow-ups paid for out of enrichment credits, on a match rate Waalaxy puts above 61%.
  • Working as a group: Overlap checks stop two reps opening the same thread, with prospect lists, permissions, and shared analytics beside them.

Pricing

The monthly invitation allowance separates the tiers, all billed per user, with the rate dropping on a longer commitment:

  • Pro, €19 per user per month: 300 invitations monthly, campaigns without limit, the template library, automatic follow-ups, and CRM syncing.
  • Advanced, €49 per user per month: the allowance climbs to 800, with API access, Make, Zapier, and n8n modules, and chat support.
  • Business, €69 per user per month: cold email sequences, campaigns crossing LinkedIn and email, and 500 address-finder credits monthly.
  • LinkedIn Inbox add-on: a separate charge on every tier, though the first 500 conversations are free to test.
  • Trial: 14 days, no card required.

Pros & Cons

✅ With 99 sequences prebuilt, a first campaign never starts on an empty canvas.

✅ Triggers collect post reactions and competitor engagement, so nobody builds that list manually.

✅ Duplicate prevention keeps two reps off the same lead.

❌ The inbox is a separate add-on.

❌ Pricing draws complaints across several G2 reviews.

#5: Dripify

Best for: Solo sellers and small teams after a legible drip builder over LinkedIn and email, with numbers reported on every step.

Similar to: Waalaxy, We-Connect.

Dripify puts actions, delays, and conditions into one drag-and-drop panel.

Templates ship for the familiar lead generation plays, so that panel doesn't have to start empty.

Features

  • The drip builder: Ten or more steps across LinkedIn and email, separated by waits and branching rules.
  • Personalization fields: More than 20 of them, an icebreaker among them, plus a fallback phrase for profiles missing whatever detail you referenced.
  • Step analytics from the Advanced tier: Invites accepted and replies received, reported action by action, which isolates the weak link in a long sequence.
  • Email finding: A finder carrying monthly credits on every paid plan, with a verifier beside it.
  • Enrichment: Around 30 live data points per lead.

Pricing

Three published tiers, billed per user, with a custom enterprise plan above them:

  • Basic, $39 per user per month billed annually or $59 monthly: one drip campaign, limited daily quotas, advanced analytics and reports, sequence templates, built-in LinkedIn protection, and live support around the clock.
  • Pro, $59 annually or $79 monthly: drip campaigns without limit, full daily quotas, a dedicated inbox, CSV export, and webhook integration.
  • Advanced, $79 annually or $99 monthly: multi-team management, LinkedIn protection at the advanced level, lead tagging, step analytics, evergreen leads, and split testing.
  • Enterprise, custom: premium onboarding, dedicated technical support, and a customer success manager.

Pros & Cons

✅ The entry tier already covers both LinkedIn and email sequences.

✅ Nine lead sources, and any LinkedIn post can act as a rolling feed of fresh prospects.

✅ The builder doesn't assume you've run outreach automation before.

❌ Team management lands on Advanced.

❌ One campaign on Basic.

#6: We-Connect

Best for: Small sales teams and recruiters whose email steps should fire on LinkedIn behaviour, and who want AI on both the outbound copy and the replies.

Similar to: Dripify, Expandi.

AI works both directions of a We-Connect conversation, writing what goes out and handling what arrives, with your sign-off optional.

LinkedIn automation and email sequences run together underneath it.

Features

  • The LinkedIn action set: Invites through to InMails, with the contact's own profile filling in each message before it goes.
  • Behaviour-triggered email: LinkedIn activity is what fires the email step, and the copy gets split tested with bounces, clicks, and opens all reported.
  • AI Assist and auto-reply: Profile data feeds the icebreakers, connection notes, and follow-ups, while inbound messages get answered in either co-pilot or autonomous mode.
  • Lead Engine: Still in beta, this visual builder scores a contact on their activity and routes them from there.

Pricing

We-Connect prices per seat, annual billing lowers the rate, and agencies get a direct quote:

  • Growth, $49 per seat per month billed annually: LinkedIn smart campaigns without limit, the Lead Engine, AI Assist carrying icebreakers and spintax, AI auto-reply, and contact enrichment.
  • Professional, $59 per seat per month billed annually: multi-channel campaigns, behaviour-triggered email automation, native CRM integrations, and email performance tracking.
  • Scale, $79 per seat per month billed annually: marked coming soon, with intent-signal capture, as many as four intent agents, multi-sender campaigns, and Post Remix included.
  • Agency, custom from ten seats: ten LinkedIn accounts or more from one dashboard, a dedicated customer success manager, training on demand, and help with custom development.
  • Trial: 14 days, no credit card, with Post Remix sold separately from an introductory $16/month/seat.

Pros & Cons

✅ Autonomous reply mode, rare at this price.

✅ Native syncs to Zoho, Pipedrive, HubSpot, and Salesforce from Professional upward, with campaign alerts reaching Slack.

✅ From Professional upward, LinkedIn behaviour is what triggers the email step.

✅ The agency plan runs ten client accounts upward and attaches a named success manager.

❌ Post scheduling is an add-on from $16/month/seat.

❌ Entry pricing runs above much of this list.

#7: La Growth Machine

Best for: Outbound teams needing in-app calling and an X step alongside their LinkedIn and email touches, on a bill that counts sending profiles.

Similar to: We-Connect, Expandi.

La Growth Machine bills by identity, meaning the profiles actively running campaigns.

Whoever answers the replies can be invited without moving the bill.

Features

  • Conditions and split tests: A lead's behaviour determines the route, with split tests available on copy, subject lines, and invite notes.
  • LinkedIn voice messages: A single recording is broadcast at scale, and the AI writes a fresh opening line for each prospect it goes to.
  • Shared multichannel inbox: Email and LinkedIn replies land in one view, filtered by campaign or identity, with status labels carrying into HubSpot or Pipedrive.
  • Enrichment inside the subscription: Every tier carries a monthly allowance of verified emails and profile data, pulled through a waterfall of providers, with no separate data vendor on the invoice.

Pricing

Priced per identity per month, with two months free on annual billing:

  • Basic, $60 per identity: LinkedIn and email, 250 enriched leads a month, one sending address, up to three identities, and three team members.
  • Pro, $110 per identity: calls arrive, enrichment reaches 400 leads, five sending addresses rotate, six campaigns run at once, and social warming and 25 free team members come in.
  • Ultimate, $165 per identity: X is added, enrichment hits 1,000 leads, ten sending addresses, no cap on campaigns or team members, and two-way HubSpot or Pipedrive sync.
  • Agency, custom: quoted from a six-identity minimum.
  • Trial: 14 days, no card required.

Pros & Cons

✅ Four channels run inside a single sequence, calling included on Pro and X on Ultimate.

✅ Enrichment belongs to the subscription, so it never turns up as a second line on the invoice.

✅ Invited team members cost nothing, leaving only the sending profiles on the bill.

❌ Costs climb quickly once several people are sending.

❌ Occasional sync errors and interface lag while workflows are being set up, according to a G2 review.

#8: Sbl.so

Best for: Founders and lean teams with no one to delegate outbound to, who'd rather keep campaign volume off their personal profile.

Similar to: HeyReach, We-Connect.

Sbl.so operates as an AI sales rep for LinkedIn. Give it a description of the buyer you're after.

From there, it assembles the list off buying signals, opens the conversations, works the replies, and drops meetings into your calendar.

Features

  • Lists built from signals: Funding announcements, job moves, profile activity, and engagement on competitors' posts refresh the list every day, with each name scored against the buyer description you gave.
  • Sending profiles supplied by the vendor: Accounts arrive already warmed, and volume spreads across the pool without concentrating on one account.
  • AI running the conversation: Replies in more than 100 languages, a cloned voice message in your own voice, and the thread passing to a human once the lead warms up.
  • Inbox and CRM included: A mobile app, unlimited workspaces, live analytics, a team inbox, and calendar booking.
  • Integrations: Make, n8n, Zapier, Slack, Pipedrive, Salesforce, and HubSpot.

Pricing

The free trial is unusual.

It runs free until one of three things happens: 300 outreaches go out, three positive replies come back, or a meeting gets booked, and no card is needed to start.

Sbl.so then charges by outreach seat, where a seat covers one LinkedIn or WhatsApp account, and extra seats run $39 a month:

  • Starter, $99 per month: two outreach seats, 1,000 ICP-matched leads monthly, signals from comments and reactions on your own posts, AI chat replies in more than 100 languages, Sales Navigator extraction without limit, unlimited workspaces, two team members, and priority support.
  • Pro, $189 per month: four outreach seats, 2,000 premium leads a month, premium signals covering job changes, funding, and competitor monitoring, rich media with an AI cloned voice, the built-in CRM with export, custom webhooks, and ten team members.
  • Elite, $997 per month: invite-only and listed as coming soon, with seats scaled to the account, 500 hyper-curated LinkedIn leads, and a journey personalized for every prospect.
  • Enterprise, custom: shaped around a particular workflow, volume, or compliance requirement.

Pros & Cons

✅ Your personal profile stays out of it, because the vendor's accounts carry the campaign volume.

✅ Buying signals build the list and keep it current day to day.

✅ Conversations run unattended until the lead warms up, which suits a founder with nobody on outbound.

❌ LinkedIn and WhatsApp are the live channels today.

❌ Email automation is on the roadmap.

#9: Dux-Soup

Best for: Individuals and lean teams wanting LinkedIn drip campaigns on a small budget, with a browser extension and a hosted edition to choose between.

Similar to: Waalaxy.

Three products share the Dux-Soup name, running either as a browser extension over your existing LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, or Recruiter account, or as a cloud-hosted edition that keeps campaigns going with your machine switched off.

Features

  • Drip campaigns up to 12 actions: Post likes, profile visits, messaging, connecting, InMail, following, and endorsing, dragged into order with delays you choose between them.
  • Response detection: Somebody answers, they leave the flow.
  • AI personalization: Each message gets written against the prospect's own profile, and from Turbo upward an AI response assistant comes with it.
  • Dux-Dash: A central inbox, contact management, a lead dashboard, and campaign statistics, with native integrations pushing leads on into your CRM.

Pricing

Dux-Soup prices per user with 25% off annual billing, plus a separate agency licence:

  • Pro Dux, €12.99 per month or €9.92 billed annually: personalized invitations, messages to first-degree connections, post liking, profile visits and tagging, and CSV export.
  • Turbo Dux, €49 per month or €36.25 annually: drip campaigns without limit, AI personalization, campaign statistics, the lead dashboard, and CRM integrations.
  • Cloud Dux, €88 per month or €65.83 annually: the managed cloud version, always on and monitored.
  • Cloud Agency, €330 per month: five client seats or more, with one dashboard covering unlimited LinkedIn accounts.
  • Trial: 14 days on the Turbo feature set.

Pros & Cons

✅ Under €10 a month billed annually on the entry tier, which is one of the cheapest routes onto LinkedIn automation.

✅ Your own native LinkedIn account does the work, no third-party credential access involved, and the message history stays where LinkedIn keeps it.

❌ The interface looks dated, according to a G2 review.

#10: Lemlist

Best for: Outbound teams whose deliverability is the bottleneck, and who want a dialer and WhatsApp available beside LinkedIn and email.

Similar to: La Growth Machine, Waalaxy.

Five channels are open to a single Lemlist sequence: email, LinkedIn, phone, WhatsApp, and SMS.

Which of them a given lead receives is decided by conditions reading that lead's own behaviour.

Features

  • One sequence, five channels: Email opens the campaign, then a LinkedIn invite, a voice note, a phone call, and a WhatsApp follow-up, with the conditions working out which of those touches each lead is actually due.
  • Deliverability Hub: Mailbox warm-up, inbox rotation, and sending limit controls in one place.
  • Mailbox monitoring: DNS checks run continuously, and the alerts arrive while a mailbox problem can still be repaired.
  • Contact database: Past 650 million records, with lookup for addresses and phone numbers charged in credits.
  • Agents in the background: Account research and data cleaning fall to lemAgent, and other agents keep watch on hiring, funding rounds, role changes, and website visits.

Pricing

Three paid plans, with yearly billing taking 20% off:

  • Email, $69 monthly at list or $55 yearly: 50,000 messages a month, the Deliverability Hub, the contact database, and no ceiling on users or email senders.
  • Multichannel, $109 monthly at list or $87 yearly per user: the dialer, SMS, LinkedIn automation, five senders apiece, messages without limit, and WhatsApp offered as an extra.
  • Enterprise, custom: a named account manager, priority support, single sign-on, and roles and permissions built to your spec.
  • Credits: a verified address costs five, a phone number 20, and intent signals are priced one by one from 20 up.
  • Trial: two weeks.

Pros & Cons

✅ In-app calling and WhatsApp hardly show up anywhere else here, and on Lemlist they run as ordinary sequence steps.

✅ Warm-up and domain monitoring come inside the platform, so inbox placement never needs a second vendor.

✅ Users and email senders are both uncapped on the entry plan.

❌ Credits cover enrichment and intent signals.

A G2 review mentions a learning curve at the start.

Which LinkedIn automation tool should you choose?

I’d evaluate the best LinkedIn automation tools by answering two questions:

  • How much of the surrounding stack you're willing to assemble and pay for yourself.
  • How many channels the outreach actually needs to reach.

Every tool here does LinkedIn properly, so that part is the baseline.

If your connected LinkedIn account count is the number that moves, HeyReach bills on exactly that basis, and Expandi puts a country-matched IP behind every profile.

If you're testing the idea before spending real money, Dux-Soup at €12.99 and Waalaxy at €19 a seat make it cheap to find out.

And if you'd sooner somebody else ran the motion end to end, Sbl.so will do that on profiles it supplies.

There's a pattern further down the invoice, though, past the subscription line itself.

Proxies, a separate email tool, lead sourcing, an inbox add-on, enrichment credits.

Any of those can be the right call, and plenty of good teams build a stack that way deliberately.

Meet Alfred is built for the teams who'd sooner not.

Your account arrives with its own dedicated IP, email volume is capped by your mailbox and nothing else, prospect discovery happens in the same product, and the Smart Inbox is there from the $29 tier upward.

No other tool here puts a social scheduler and X outreach on the same subscription.

Client branding, a custom domain, branded system notifications, and client-facing reports all open at five seats on Team, at $39 a user, with no ten-seat conversation in the way.

Behind all of it is a decade of running LinkedIn outreach through every algorithm change LinkedIn has shipped since 2016, on cloud infrastructure where the pacing is randomized and the daily limits stay inside safe parameters.

➡️ If your pipeline comes off LinkedIn, and the third channel keeps getting deferred to another subscription, our seven-day trial opens the full feature set with no card required.
