10 Best Outreach Automation Tools & Software In 2026

Outreach automation tools send your prospecting sequences for you, running connection requests and follow-up emails on a schedule until somebody replies.

The ten below differ most in how many channels one sequence can reach and what each extra channel adds to the bill, so that's the lens I've used to compare them.

TL;DR

  • Meet Alfred offers the best outreach automation tool for sales teams, agencies, recruiters, and solo founders. Our Business plan puts LinkedIn and email in one sequence alongside X for $59 a seat, and no plan needs proxies or sending credits.
  • Reply.io and Lemlist reach five channels from one sequence with email warm-up included, and Salesforge adds unlimited mailboxes on both paid plans for email-first teams.
  • Expandi branches each LinkedIn sequence on prospect behaviour, while HeyReach spreads one campaign across many sender accounts.
  • La Growth Machine only bills for the profiles that send, and among the LinkedIn-first tools, Dripify includes email from $39 while We-Connect and Waalaxy add it at $59 a seat and €69 a user.

What are the best outreach automation tools in 2026?

Meet Alfred takes the top spot among outreach automation tools in 2026, running LinkedIn, InMail, email, and X steps in one sequence from $49 per user, with Reply.io second for five-channel branching and Lemlist third for teams whose replies depend on inbox placement.

The shortlist below gives each tool's best-fit team and published starting price:

Tool Best for Pricing
Meet Alfred Teams and agencies running LinkedIn and email outreach, plus X, in one sequence without proxies or sending credits. From $35/user/month billed annually.
Reply.io Sales teams branching across five channels inside one sequence. From $49/month for email volume, Multichannel from $89/user/month billed annually. 14-day trial.
Lemlist Email-first teams that want warm-up and inbox monitoring bundled, plus calls and WhatsApp. From $55/month billed yearly, Multichannel at $87/user/month. Two-week trial.
La Growth Machine Teams adding calls and X to LinkedIn and email, paying only for profiles that send. From $60/month per identity, calls from $110. 14-day trial.
Expandi LinkedIn-led teams that want branching sequences and protection on every account. $79/month, with two months free on annual billing. Seven-day trial.
HeyReach Agencies scaling LinkedIn volume by adding sender accounts. $79/month for one sender, $999/month for 25. 14-day trial.
Salesforge Email-led teams scaling mailboxes and LinkedIn senders with one vendor. From $40/month billed annually, Growth at $80/month.
We-Connect Recruiters and small teams wanting email triggered by LinkedIn activity, with AI replies. From $49/seat/month billed annually, email from $59. 14-day trial.
Waalaxy First-time users who want a LinkedIn campaign running within hours. From €19/user/month, email on Business at €69. 14-day trial.
Dripify Solo sellers wanting LinkedIn and email drip campaigns from the entry tier. From $39/user/month billed annually.

Note on my selection process: Every tool had to pass four checks:

  • The tool runs the sending: List builders and data platforms that pass contacts to another product for sending were left out.
  • Follow-ups go out on a schedule: Each tool runs multi-step sequences without a rep sending every follow-up by hand.
  • More than one channel, or LinkedIn across many accounts: Eight of the nine pair LinkedIn with at least one other channel. HeyReach is the exception, included for spreading LinkedIn volume over a pool of sender accounts.
  • Channel costs appear on the pricing page: I needed to see which plan or add-on each channel requires. Expandi quotes its agency tier, but its main plan is public.

➡️ What's not covered here: data platforms that hand off sending to a separate tool, and AI SDRs sold as a managed service. Both appear in our AI outreach tools roundup.

#1: Meet Alfred

Meet Alfred is the best outreach automation tool in 2026 for sales teams, agencies, recruiters, and solo founders, as one sequence can move a prospect from LinkedIn and InMail to email and X on a per-user subscription that charges nothing for proxies or sending.

Once the audience and the sequence are set up, Meet Alfred sends each step on schedule from the cloud until the prospect replies.

A LinkedIn CRM, a reply inbox, reporting, and a social post scheduler run on the same login.

A note on bias: Meet Alfred is our own platform. The nine entries after this one name the areas where those tools go further, including email deliverability tooling and phone steps.

Here are the features and capabilities behind why teams at Reuters, Samsung, HSBC, Oracle, and Salesforce use our outreach automation solution:

Which channels can one Meet Alfred sequence use?

One Meet Alfred sequence can combine LinkedIn (InMail included), email, and X, and each channel works like this inside it:

  • LinkedIn: Profile views, post engagement, connection requests with a personal note, event invitations, messages, and follow-ups, each separated by a smart delay. Four automated greetings run alongside the campaigns: birthdays, work anniversaries, new roles, and thank-yous for endorsements. InMail steps are available too, and Sales Navigator searches and lists work as campaign sources.
  • Email: Sequences send through Gmail, G Suite, Outlook, or any provider that connects over SMTP or IMAP. Sender aliases and personalized signatures are supported.

Meet Alfred sells no email credits, and the daily limit is whatever your mailbox provider allows. Addresses come from first-degree connections in the LinkedIn CRM or from a CSV upload.

  • X (Twitter): Direct messages to as many as 1,000 prospects a day from templates, plus following target profiles. X runs as its own campaign or as steps next to LinkedIn and email.

Social posting is separate from outreach, though it runs from the same dashboard and schedules posts to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.

The scheduler adds previews, hashtags, best-time-to-post suggestions, and reports for each network, and LinkedIn trends monitoring tracks keywords to surface posts worth engaging with.

The reporting dashboard shows opens, clicks, replies, connections made, and conversions for each channel side by side.

💡 By our own figures, multi-channel sequences get two to three times more replies than single-channel outreach.

How does a prospect move through a Meet Alfred sequence?

A prospect moves through a Meet Alfred sequence in four steps: Lead Finder builds the list, the AI personalizes each message, your sending rules set the pace, and every reply goes to a person.

Step 1: Lead Finder builds the prospect list

You describe the person you want to reach in your own words, for example, a head of sales at a SaaS company in Germany, and Lead Finder returns matching LinkedIn profiles with verified contact details.

Job title, industry, location, keywords, and language filters narrow those results, and a sample appears before you decide how many profiles to keep, up to a ceiling set by your plan and your LinkedIn account type.

Saved results become a source you can pick when building a campaign, alongside cold prospects from LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator URLs, saved Sales Navigator lists, or a CSV upload.

Warmer audiences come from group members, event attendees, newsletter subscribers, post engagers, and first-degree connections.

Step 2: The AI personalizes every message

Each message can draw the prospect's name, job title, company, and other details from their LinkedIn profile at the moment it sends.

CSV imports work the same way, and custom fields cover details that never appeared on LinkedIn.

The template library holds more than 600 messages with variables already in place, from connection requests through to InMails, and email and X steps read from the same fields, which keeps the details consistent whichever channel a message arrives on.

💡 Automated greetings for birthdays, work anniversaries, new roles, and endorsements can run beside any campaign, keeping a relationship warm between sequence steps.

Step 3: Your sending rules set the pace

Meet Alfred's AI only works inside the rules you configure, starting with a daily connection request limit that can go as high as 100, a level above LinkedIn's typical allowance that Meet Alfred keeps within safe parameters.

Under that limit, actions go out at varied intervals that resemble a person working through a list, and only inside the working hours you set for your time zone.

Auto-withdrawal, when switched on, cancels invitations nobody accepted, with a report showing those withdrawals over time.

Sending happens in the cloud on AWS, through a dedicated IP for each connected account, so campaigns keep running with your laptop closed and without a proxy service.

Step 4: Every reply goes to a person

As soon as a prospect replies, Meet Alfred stops their campaign, so nobody already in a conversation gets an automated follow-up.

The thread then shows up in the Smart Inbox, which gathers LinkedIn conversations for the whole team, InMail and Sales Navigator threads included.

Beside each thread, the rep sees the contact's job title, company, location, and notes, and can tag the contact, attach a file, answer from a shared template, or return the lead to a campaign without leaving the inbox.

Multi-channel threads that need a person get flagged as well, and replies export in bulk.

Contacts stay in the LinkedIn CRM afterwards, where leads and existing connections appear in separate views and a blacklist keeps poor fits out of future campaigns.

Agency and team features

The features below cover agencies running client accounts and managers running a team of reps:

  • Multi-client campaigns: Every client's LinkedIn and email sequences run from one Meet Alfred dashboard without switching accounts, and performance reports export under the agency's branding.
  • White label from five seats: Your logo, your colors, a custom domain such as app.youragency.com, and system notifications from your own email address replace Meet Alfred's branding, and setup takes minutes.
  • Impersonation and permissions: A manager can work inside any colleague's connected account without a password changing hands, while groups and role-based permissions control who sees what.
  • Ten-seat extras: A dedicated account manager and priority support, plus migration and onboarding help led by Adriana Galan, Head of Business Development.
  • CRM sync: Contacts and conversations sync to Salesforce and HubSpot through Zapier or webhooks.

More than 2,000 agency teams use Meet Alfred, and based on our estimations, agency customers manage 3.1 times more clients per account executive, with MIM Agency growing from four clients per account executive to more than 12 over six months without hiring.

How is Meet Alfred different from a typical outreach automation tool?

Meet Alfred differs from a typical outreach automation tool mainly in what comes inside one product: every channel, prospect discovery, the reply inbox, and the sending infrastructure, with nothing metered or sold by another vendor.

Here’s what that looks like:

Dimension Across the other nine tools here Meet Alfred
Channels in one sequence Two reach five channels, and one reaches four. Five pair LinkedIn with email, and one covers LinkedIn only. Three: LinkedIn with InMail, plus email and X.
Email sending limits Email-led tools cap monthly emails or active contacts, from 1,000 active contacts to 50,000 emails a month. No platform cap or credits. Your mailbox provider sets the limit.
Email deliverability Three bundle warm-up into the subscription, and two of those add inbox rotation. Mail goes out from your own mailbox and domain, so inbox placement depends on that mailbox's reputation.
Proxies and IP addresses One expects you to supply proxies once you run many senders. Another assigns a regional IP to each account. Every connected account gets a dedicated IP, and there are no proxies to buy.
LinkedIn account protection Randomized daily ranges and warm-up for new profiles on one, and built-in LinkedIn protection on another. Daily limits you set, up to 100 connection requests within safe parameters. Varied pacing and working hours by time zone come on top, and auto-withdrawal can clear old invitations.
Security and compliance Details vary by vendor and are worth confirming directly. End-to-end encryption and DDoS protection on AWS, plus GDPR and CCPA compliance. The Data Processing Agreement, GDPR page, Security & Compliance page, and Vulnerability Policy are public.
Where contacts come from Most sell contact data on credits or include a monthly enrichment allowance. One relies on imports from other tools. LinkedIn and Sales Navigator search, engagement sources, CSV, and Lead Finder, whose verified contact details come without a separate credit balance.
Reply handling Three include a shared inbox. One offers it from a higher tier, and another sells it as an add-on. The Smart Inbox is built in, and campaigns pause on reply.
Client branding Where offered, white label usually comes with an agency plan, quoted from ten seats in one case. White label from five seats.
Team access Permissions and shared inboxes appear on several. One lets a manager answer for a teammate from a single inbox. Permissions, groups, per-member analytics, a team inbox, and impersonation of any connected account.
Social posting One sells post scheduling as an add-on. Scheduling to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X, with analytics.
Support Chat or priority support usually starts on a higher tier. One offers live support around the clock from its entry plan. Support around the clock, averaging a first response under three minutes. A dedicated account manager joins from ten seats.

Pricing

Meet Alfred bills per seat, and annual billing takes 40% off the monthly list price while quarterly billing takes 20% off.

  • Free trial: seven days with every feature unlocked. No credit card is needed, and you can cancel anytime.
  • Individual, $35/seat/month billed annually: cloud LinkedIn automation for Basic and Premium LinkedIn accounts, the AI Lead Finder with 1,000 results, unlimited actions in a sequence, several campaigns running at once, the Smart LinkedIn Inbox, the advanced CRM, templates, automated greetings, and email and chat support.
  • Business, $59/seat/month billed annually: everything in Individual, plus multi-channel automation across LinkedIn, email, and X, Sales Navigator support, InMail automation, unlimited campaigns, group, event, post, newsletter, and company campaigns, content retargeting, CSV campaigns, social post scheduling, attachments, lead import and export, CRM integrations, Zapier, webhooks, and Lead Finder at 5,000 results.

#2: Reply.io

Best for: Sales teams that need calling and text messaging in the same sequence as email and LinkedIn, and may add an AI SDR later.

Similar to: Lemlist, La Growth Machine.

Reply.io sells outreach in two plan shapes: one priced per user that includes every channel, and one priced on email volume, where LinkedIn and calling cost extra.

Features

  • Mailbox setup: Warm-up, DNS setup, custom tracking domains, and inbox rotation are built in, and domains can be bought inside the app.
  • Sequence logic: If a prospect ignores an email, the next step can move them to LinkedIn or a call, based on what they did. LinkedIn steps can also wait as manual tasks for your approval.
  • LinkedIn actions: Skill endorsements, follows, likes, and attachments, alongside connection invites, messages, InMails, and voice notes.
  • Prospect data: Contact search with buying-intent signals. Every plan reveals up to 200 website visitors a month.

Pricing

Whether LinkedIn is included depends on which Reply.io plan you pick:

  • Multichannel, from $89 per user per month billed annually: ten mailboxes, LinkedIn, calling, and SMS. WhatsApp is available too, semi-automated.
  • Email Volume, from $49 per month: 1,000 active contacts and no cap on users or mailboxes. LinkedIn and calling are sold as add-ons.
  • LinkedIn add-on: $69/month per account on Email Volume.
  • Calling and SMS add-on: $29/month per user on Email Volume.
  • Jason AI SDR, from $500 per month: autonomous prospecting and reply handling.

✅ Email Volume puts no cap on users or mailboxes.

✅ Website visitor reveals come with every plan.

❌ LinkedIn costs $69/month per account on Email Volume.

❌ Steps can't run in parallel inside one sequence, according to a G2 review.

#3: Lemlist

Best for: Email-first teams that care about inbox placement and plan to add calls or WhatsApp to their sequences.

Similar to: Reply.io, Waalaxy.

Lemlist is a cold email platform that adds LinkedIn and phone steps to multichannel.

Features

  • Calling and messaging steps: A built-in dialer and SMS run as steps next to email and LinkedIn, and LinkedIn touches can include a voice note. WhatsApp is available as an add-on.
  • Deliverability Hub: Warm-up, inbox rotation, sending limit management, and DNS checks. Alerts flag mailbox problems early enough to fix them.
  • lemAgent: Researches accounts and tidies records.
  • Signal agents: Separate Lemlist agents monitor funding rounds, new hires, job changes, and website visits.
  • Contact database: More than 650 million records. Email and phone lookups are paid in credits.

Pricing

Yearly billing takes 20% off Lemlist's paid plans.

LinkedIn and calling need Multichannel:

  • Email, $55 per month billed yearly: 50,000 messages a month, the Deliverability Hub, the contact database, and unlimited users and email senders.
  • Multichannel, $87 per user per month billed yearly: LinkedIn automation, SMS, the dialer, unlimited messages, and five senders per user. WhatsApp is extra.

✅ lemAgent handles account research inside the same product as the sequences.

❌ LinkedIn and calling require Multichannel, which costs $87 a user.

❌ WhatsApp is an add-on even on Multichannel.

#4: La Growth Machine

Best for: Outbound teams adding calls and X to LinkedIn and email, billed for sending profiles only.

Similar to: Reply.io, Lemlist.

La Growth Machine counts each profile that runs campaigns as one billable identity, and every plan covers LinkedIn and email before calls arrive on Pro and X on Ultimate.

Features

  • Reply handling: LinkedIn and email replies share one inbox, filtered by identity or campaign. Status labels set in a thread carry over to HubSpot or Pipedrive.
  • Tests and conditions: Subject lines and message copy can be split-tested, and so can invites with and without a note. The next step for each lead depends on what that lead did.
  • Voice notes on LinkedIn: You record the message once, and AI generates a personal opening line for each recipient.
  • Lead data: Each plan comes with a set number of enriched leads a month, from 250 on Basic to 1,000 on Ultimate, sourced from a waterfall of providers.

Pricing

Prices are per identity per month, and annual billing gives two months free:

  • Basic, $60 per identity: LinkedIn and email for up to three identities and three team members, with one sending address and 250 enriched leads monthly.
  • Pro, $110 per identity: calling, 25 team members at no charge, social warming, six campaigns running at once, five sending addresses in rotation, and 400 enriched leads.
  • Ultimate, $165 per identity: X, a 1,000-lead enrichment allowance, ten sending addresses, two-way sync with HubSpot or Pipedrive, and no cap on campaigns or team members.

✅ Two-way HubSpot or Pipedrive sync on Ultimate.

❌ Calls need Pro, and X needs Ultimate.

❌ Basic allows up to three identities.

#5: Expandi

Best for: LinkedIn-led teams that want email follow-ups and behaviour-based branching on one published plan.

Similar to: HeyReach, Meet Alfred.

Expandi automates LinkedIn from the cloud and includes email follow-ups in its single published plan at $79 a month, which makes it one of two LinkedIn-led tools on this list where the second channel needs no upgrade.

Features

  • Account safety: Each connected account gets a regional IP and sends from the cloud. Newly connected profiles start slowly and build volume over a warm-up period, and every action type follows a randomized daily range.
  • Smart Sequences: If-then conditions route each prospect after an accepted invite, a reply, a profile visit, an email open, or post engagement. A sequence can also view a profile and interact with posts before the first message goes out.
  • Email in the same flow: Email follow-ups run inside the Business plan's multichannel outreach, and an email open can trigger the next branch.

Pricing

Only one Expandi plan is published:

  • Business, $79 per month, with twelve months for the price of ten on annual billing: unlimited campaigns, email follow-ups as part of multichannel outreach, the sequence builder with statistics per step, scheduling, campaign prioritization, blacklisting, and the full protection layer.
  • Agency, quoted from ten seats: white label, a dedicated customer success manager, reports for clients, template sharing, and roles and permissions across centrally managed campaigns.
  • Free trial: seven days.

Pros & Cons

✅ Email follow-ups come with the published plan.

✅ Campaigns are unlimited on Business.

✅ Profile views and post interactions can come before the invitation, so the prospect has seen your name first.

❌ Imagery and video are chargeable extras.

#6: HeyReach

Best for: Agencies running LinkedIn outreach across many sender accounts, with teammates and clients added free.

Similar to: Expandi, Sbl.so.

HeyReach spreads a campaign's daily LinkedIn sending over every profile connected to the workspace, which suits agencies running many accounts at once.

Features

  • Unified inbox: Replies from every connected account come into one view. A manager can answer for a teammate or send an audio reply without logging into LinkedIn.
  • Sender pool: Daily volume is divided across all connected accounts.
  • Imports: Contacts come in from Clay, HubSpot, RB2B, Sales Navigator, or any tool that can send them.
  • If Connected: This condition gives existing connections and new prospects separate paths in one campaign.
  • MCP server and API: An AI assistant can launch campaigns and pull reports through the MCP server, and webhooks and a command line tool are available too.

Pricing

HeyReach covers LinkedIn and charges by the number of senders.

Quarterly billing saves 10%, and annual billing saves 20%:

  • Growth, $79 per month: a single sender, residential proxy included.
  • Agency, $999 per month: white label branding for 25 senders, using proxies you provide.
  • Unlimited, $2,999 per month: no sender cap and multiple workspaces, again with proxies you provide.
  • Done for you, custom: outreach run by HeyReach's own team.
  • Free trial: 14 days of Growth covering three LinkedIn accounts without a card, and the two larger plans offer 30 days on request.

Early-stage companies can get a discount: those under $250,000 ARR with fewer than five people qualify.

Pros & Cons

✅ Teammates and clients join a workspace at no extra cost.

✅ Growth includes a residential proxy.

✅ A done-for-you plan exists for teams that want HeyReach to run the outreach.

❌ Email and other channels need separate tools.

❌ Agency starts at $999 a month.

#7: Salesforge

Best for: Agencies and email-led teams that add mailboxes and LinkedIn senders as they grow, and want warm-up from the same vendor.

Similar to: Lemlist, Sbl.so.

Salesforge is an email-first outreach platform that keeps mailbox infrastructure, warm-up, lead sourcing, and sending behind one login.

Features

  • Warmforge: Warm-up without limits or extra cost, plus inbox placement tests and domain health alerts.
  • LinkedIn senders: Pro includes one, and Growth removes the limit on senders and users. Mailboxes are unlimited on both.
  • Primebox: Email and LinkedIn replies arrive together, and a response sent from a prospect's second address still joins the right thread. Sentiment analysis is built in.
  • Agent Frank: An AI SDR sold as its own plan, working in more than 20 languages in co-pilot or autopilot mode.

Pricing

The two Salesforge sending plans differ on email volume and active contacts, and Agent Frank is billed on its own:

  • Pro, $40 per month billed annually: 5,000 emails and 1,000 active contacts a month for one user and one LinkedIn sender, with no cap on mailboxes or premium warm-up.
  • Growth, $80 per month billed annually: 50,000 emails and 10,000 active contacts, no cap on users or LinkedIn senders, plus split testing, sequences in multiple languages, API access, and priority support.
  • Agent Frank, from $499 per month billed annually: Agent Frank prospects 2,000 contacts a month on its own, and the plan includes a shared Slack channel and a dedicated account manager.

Pros & Cons

✅ Growth costs $80 a month with no cap on users or LinkedIn senders.

✅ Warm-up is unlimited at no extra charge.

✅ Growth includes multi-language sequences and split testing.

❌ Pro covers one LinkedIn sender.

❌ Agent Frank is a separate plan from $499 a month.

#8: We-Connect

Best for: Recruiters and small sales teams that want email steps triggered by LinkedIn activity and AI help with replies.

Similar to: Dripify, Expandi.

We-Connect automates LinkedIn and, from its Professional plan at $59 a seat, sends email steps after a LinkedIn action from the contact.

Features

  • LinkedIn-triggered email: An email goes out once the contact has done something on LinkedIn. Copy can be split tested, and bounce, click, and open rates are reported.
  • AI Assist and auto-reply: AI Assist drafts icebreakers, connection notes, and follow-ups from profile data, and it supports spintax. Auto-reply answers incoming messages in co-pilot mode or on its own.
  • Lead Engine: Still in beta, this visual builder rates each contact on their activity and sends them to the next step.
  • CRM and Slack: Native integrations from Professional connect Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zoho. Campaign notifications go to Slack.

Pricing

Every We-Connect plan is priced per seat, and annual billing lowers the rate:

  • Growth, $49 per seat per month billed annually: the Lead Engine, unlimited smart campaigns on LinkedIn, contact enrichment, AI auto-reply, and AI Assist with spintax and icebreakers.
  • Professional, $59 per seat per month billed annually: email automation triggered by behaviour, campaigns across channels, email performance tracking, and natively built CRM integrations.

❌ The Lead Engine is still in beta.

❌ Scale is still listed as coming soon.

#9: Waalaxy

Best for: First-time users and small teams that want a LinkedIn campaign running from a template within hours.

Similar to: Dux-Soup, Lemlist.

Waalaxy is a Chrome-based LinkedIn prospecting tool priced by how many invitations each user can send a month, and email sequences join only on its Business tier at €69.

Features

  • Email on Business: Cold email sequences and campaigns that mix LinkedIn with email. Enrichment credits look up the addresses, at a match rate Waalaxy reports above 61%.
  • Engagement signals: Reactions and comments on posts are captured automatically, including engagement with competitors and prominent accounts in your category.
  • Template library: 99 ready-made campaigns that launch from a LinkedIn search or a Sales Navigator list, and Recruiter Lite works as a source too. Follow-ups are included, and anyone who replies is removed automatically.

Pricing

Longer commitments bring the Waalaxy rate down on every tier:

  • Pro, €19 per user per month: unlimited campaigns with 300 invitations a month, CRM syncing, the template library, and automatic follow-ups.
  • Advanced, €49 per user per month: a higher limit of 800 invitations, chat support, API access, and modules for Make, Zapier, and n8n.
  • Business, €69 per user per month: cold email sequences and campaigns that mix LinkedIn with email, plus 500 address-finder credits a month.
  • LinkedIn Inbox add-on: billed separately on any tier, with 500 conversations free to try it.

❌ Email needs Business, at €69 per user.

❌ Pro allows 300 invitations a month.

#10: Dripify

Best for: Small teams and independent sellers who want LinkedIn and email drips from the entry tier.

Similar to: Waalaxy, We-Connect.

Dripify builds LinkedIn and email drip sequences of ten steps or more, combining the waits and branching rules visually.

Features

  • One drip for both channels: LinkedIn and email actions go into a single drag-and-drop sequence, separated by waits and branching rules. Templates cover the standard lead generation plays.
  • Fallback phrases: More than 20 personalization fields include an icebreaker variable, and a backup phrase fills in when a lead's profile lacks a detail.
  • Contact data: Every paid plan includes email finder credits, and Dripify also offers an email verifier. Enrichment adds around 30 data points per lead.
  • Reporting by step: From Advanced, accepted invites and replies are counted per step.

Pricing

Dripify publishes three per-user plans, each cheaper on annual billing, and quotes Enterprise separately:

  • Basic, $39 per user per month billed annually: a single drip campaign on restricted daily quotas, with sequence templates, advanced analytics and reports, built-in LinkedIn protection, and live support available around the clock.
  • Pro, $59 billed annually: no cap on drip campaigns, full daily quotas, CSV export, webhook integration, and a dedicated inbox.
  • Advanced, $79 billed annually: step analytics, split testing, lead tagging, evergreen leads, advanced LinkedIn protection, and management across multiple teams.
  • Enterprise, custom: premium onboarding and dedicated technical support, with a customer success manager assigned.

Pros & Cons

✅ Basic at $39 includes email steps and live support around the clock.

✅ Email finder credits come with every paid plan.

✅ A fallback phrase covers leads whose profile is missing a detail.

❌ Step analytics start on Advanced, at $79.

❌ Daily quotas are limited on Basic.

Which outreach automation tool should you choose?

The best outreach automation tool for your team depends on which channel your replies come from today and which channels you plan to add, asthat decides whether a vendor's channel pricing helps or hurts you.

Sorted by where your replies come from, these are the tools to compare first:

Where your replies come from Tools to compare first What separates them
Email Lemlist, Salesforge Both include warm-up. Salesforge prices on volume and allows unlimited users on Growth, and Lemlist adds calling on Multichannel.
Email, plus calls or text messages Reply.io, Lemlist Reply.io branches across five channels on Multichannel. Lemlist adds a similar reach to its Deliverability Hub.
LinkedIn, across many accounts HeyReach, Expandi HeyReach rotates one campaign across a pool of senders. Expandi gives each account a regional IP and a warm-up period.
LinkedIn, on a first campaign Waalaxy, Dripify Waalaxy launches templates from a search in Chrome. Dripify includes email from its $39 tier.
LinkedIn and email together Meet Alfred, We-Connect We-Connect sends email after LinkedIn activity and offers AI replies. Meet Alfred adds X and charges nothing for sending or proxies.
Calls and X next to LinkedIn and email La Growth Machine Only sending identities are billed, and calls arrive on Pro, X on Ultimate.

I’d make the argument that Meet Alfred fits best when LinkedIn and email carry most of your pipeline and you expect to add X or client accounts later.

Business opens every Meet Alfred outreach channel at $59 per seat.

From there you pay per seat, whatever the channel mix or volume.

Nothing is metered on top: no sending credits, no enrichment balance, no proxy fees, and no LinkedIn add-on on top of the seat price.

Email volume is limited only by your own mailbox provider.

Each connected account keeps its dedicated IP on AWS as the team grows, and end-to-end encryption and GDPR and CCPA compliance apply on every plan.

Agencies get white label on Teams at $47 per seat, along with a dedicated account manager and priority support.

➡️ The seven-day free trial unlocks every feature without a credit card, which is long enough to build and launch a LinkedIn and email sequence on your own accounts.

Frequently asked questions about outreach automation tools

What is an outreach automation tool?

An outreach automation tool is software that sends a planned series of prospecting messages, such as LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up emails, on a schedule, and pauses or changes course when a prospect responds.

Most outreach automation tools fall into two groups:

  • Email-led platforms that add LinkedIn and other channels as sequence steps, such as Lemlist and Reply.io.
  • LinkedIn-led platforms that add email, such as Expandi and Dripify.

What is the best outreach automation tool in 2026?

The best outreach automation tool in 2026 for sales teams and agencies is Meet Alfred, because its Business plan combines LinkedIn and email with InMail and X in one sequence for $59 per seat and charges nothing extra for sending or proxies.

For email-first teams focused on inbox placement, Lemlist and Salesforge are stronger fits.

Do outreach automation tools need proxies?

Some outreach automation tools need proxies, depending on the plan.

HeyReach includes a dedicated residential proxy on Growth and expects your own proxies on Agency and Unlimited.

Expandi assigns a regional IP to each connected account.

Meet Alfred gives every connected account a dedicated IP on AWS, so no Meet Alfred plan requires buying proxies.

Is outreach automation safe for LinkedIn accounts?

LinkedIn detects automation regardless of the tool sending it, so the safest setup combines conservative daily limits, natural pacing, cloud sending, and messages personal enough that recipients don't report them.

This is why Meet Alfred lets you set daily limits of up to 100 connection requests within safe parameters, then adds varied pacing between actions, working hours by time zone, auto-withdrawal of pending invitations, and a dedicated IP per account.

What's the difference between outreach automation and an AI SDR?

Outreach automation runs a sequence your team designs, while an AI SDR writes the messages and works the replies with little or no human input.

Salesforge's Agent Frank and Reply.io's Jason are both AI SDRs.

Each is sold on top of its vendor's sequencer, from about $500 a month.

Meet Alfred stays on the automation side: its AI handles prospect discovery and personalization, and a person takes over once someone replies.

Our AI outreach tools roundup covers agent-led options in more detail.

What is the best outreach automation tool for agencies?

Meet Alfred is the best outreach automation tool for agencies because every client's LinkedIn and email sequences run from one dashboard, and white-label comes with the Teams plan at $47 per seat.

Impersonation lets a manager work inside any connected account without a password changing hands, and ten seats add a dedicated account manager and priority support.

What is the best outreach automation tool for recruiters?

Meet Alfred is the best outreach automation tool for recruiters, because the built-in LinkedIn CRM keeps candidates organized with tags and notes, and campaigns can target group members, event attendees, newsletter subscribers, or a Lead Finder search for a specific role.

What is the best outreach automation tool for solo founders?

Meet Alfred is the best outreach automation tool for solo founders who want room to grow, because Individual starts at $35 a seat per month on annual billing and Lead Finder builds the prospect list inside the same product, without a separate data tool.

Moving to Business at $59 adds email and X to the same sequence, and the seven-day trial needs no credit card.
